1 Cup softend butter, (2 sticks)
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Creme together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add the flour, salt, and walnuts. Chill dough 20 minutes. Roll into 1" balls. Place 21/2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 400 until set, but not brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again.
