8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 lb. butter, room temperature
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and baking powder, add cream cheese butter and vanilla. Cut with pastry cutter into flour mixture. Make sure cream cheese is smooth and dough is soft. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll into thin squares. Cut with pastry cutter into 2" x 2" squares. Place 1/2 tsp. jam into center and fold over into triangles. Pinch edges to seal together. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Immediatley sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooked.

Using Raspberry jam is very good also. These are the cutest little cookies and so good!
