This recipe for Pumpkin Pie, by Grandma Jansen, is from Haley Jansen's Cookbook,

1 Can Pumpkin mix 3/4 C Sugar, white 1/2 C Sugar brown 2 Eggs 1 C Condensed milk 1 t Cinammon 1/4 t Ginger 1/4 t Salt 1 T Corn starch 1/2 T Vanilla
Combine the sugars and spices wit pumpkin and cornstarch. In a seperate bowl beat eggs well, add condensed milk and vanilla. Add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into 9" pie shell and bake for 10 min at 450ºF. Then lower heat to 350º F until done. About another 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This is the one Haley made for Thanksgiving and everyone thought it was the best.
