1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package Lemon Jello, dry
4 Eggs
3/4 Cups Water
3/4 Cups Oil

Glaze:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Grated rind from lemon
Juice from 1 lemon
If needed add water to make it a thin runny paste.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat mixture 3 minutes then pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 approximately 45 to 55 minutes. While the cake is baking mix the glaze together. As soon as the cake is done, remove from oven and immediately poke full of holes with a fork. (about 1 in. apart) and quickly spread with lemon glaze. Especially good served with whipped cream.
