2 cans fat-free chicken broth
2 cans black or pinto or white beans (rinsed)
1-2 cans corn-rinsed
1-2 cans green chilies - optional
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes w/ peppers
diced tomatoes (optional)
2 lg. cans fat-free chicken-or chopped breasts)
onions (diced)--to taste (I use scallions)
pepper- salt if wanted
a few shakes cumin
add a little water if you want brothier

Heat and Serve over baked tortilla chips
Top with shredded cheese (your choice)
Top with sour cream (optional)
