2 lbs Chicken breasts
3 pkgs (10 oz each spinach) thawed and chopped
2 cans ( 10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 tbsp Curry powder- optional
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. poach chicken breasts until done. Cool. Cutbreast into 1 x 1" cubes. Place spinach in a buttered 13 x 9" baking dish. Place chicken in the spinach. mix soup, water and curry powder. Spread this over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
