Ingredients:  
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp butter
1 lb peeled uncooked shrimp
6 oz snow peas
1/2 cup red and 1/2 cup yellow peppers julienned
3 tbsp minced basil
3tbsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter, add vegatables and cool until tender. Add shrimp, salt and pepper, cook until shrimp turns pink. Add chicken stock and heat throughly. Serve with rice.
