Spicy Chicken with Broccoli Recipe

2 Whole Chicken Breasts (2 lb)
2 tsp Corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 lb broccoli flowerets
3 green onions with tops
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
3 tbsp veg oil
2 tbsp brown bean sauce
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp sugar
1tsp finely chopped gingerroot

Remove bones and skin from chicken. Cut into 2 x 1/2" pieces. Toss chicken, corn starch, salt and white pepper in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Place broccoli flowerets in boiling water. Cover and cook 1 minute. Drain and rinse in cold water.Cut green onion diagonally into 1" pieces. Heat wok until hot. Add 3 tbsp oil; tilt wok ti coat sides. Add chili, bean sauce, gralic, sugar and gingerroot. Stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is white. Add broccoli and green onions and stir-fry until broccoli is hot.
