2 1/2 C Water
3 T Corn starch
2 T Flour
1/8 t Salt
3 Egg yolks
2 T Butter
1 t Vanilla
1 C Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks well, add brown sugar, corn starch, flour and salt. Mix with 2 cups water mix very well. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbles two minues.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter, return to heat and boil one minute.
Pour into pie shell and cover with saran wrap, cool and refrigerate.
