1/3 C Regular rice,not fast cooking
1/3 C Sugar
2 Egg yolks
Rasins to taste
1 t Cinammon
1 C Milk
2 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover rice with water, steam 15 minutes covered tightly. Add sugar, raisins and milk, simmer for 1 hour.
Beat egg yolks well add to rice. Add butter and take off heat. Put in bowl and top with cinammon.

Always one of our favorites when Gram would make this. You'll have to experiment with this a bit to get the touch but well worth it.
