1/2 lb. mushrooms with stems
2 tbs. butter
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced onion
2 tbs. shredded fresh or dried parsley

White Sauce
2 tbs. butter
1-1/2 to 2 tbs. flour
1 cup milk

Seasoning to taste/add as desired
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbs. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' mushroom's in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, covered 20 minutes. Cool, then mix in blender. Prepare white sauce by melting butter over low heat. Add and blend flour, cook 3 to 5 minutes. Slowly add milk. Add to Mushroom mix. Season to taste
