3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/3 c coca
1 tsp salt
3/4 c oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In an ungreased 9 x 13 pan, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, coca, and salt.

Then make three "holes". In one, pour the oil, another the vinegar, and the other the vanilla.
Over all of this pour the 2 c water.
Blend thoroughly with fork - do not mix.

Bake 350 for 40 minutes

This cake is so easy since it is made right in the cake pan itself and it is so moist. I don't frost, I just sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooled. My favorite chocolate cake!
