1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water & butter to a rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in all at once 1 cup flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the pan & forms into a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat eggs in thoroughly, one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth & velvety. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes until dry. Allow to cool slowly.
