1 bag frozen or 1 head fresh broccoli
1 cup sharp cheese shredded
1 beaten egg
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 can creamed soup (chicken or mushroom)
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked broccoli in casserole dish. Mix egg, cheese, onion, mayo and soup, spread over broccoli, cover with bread crumbs, bake 30 min. at 350
This can also be made with cauliflower or half broccoli and half cauliflower.
