2 Pork Chops
1 Sm Cabbage, quartered
1 C Beef broth
2 T Oil
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy skillet with cover salt and pepper and then brown pork chops, about 5 minutes per side.

Place cabbage on top of chops, add beef broth and cover.

Heat on medium high heat until cabbage is soft about 30 minutes.
