6 Boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp oil
1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
8 oz drained corn
2/3 cup picante sauce
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup diced red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with with 1 tsp cumin and the garlic salt. Heat oil in a 12" skillet over medium, add chicken and cook 3 monutes. IN a bowl combine beans, corn picante sauce, peppers and remaining cumin. Turn chicken over, spoon bean mixture over chicken and reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered 6-7 minutes. Push bean mixture off chicken and transfer chicken to a platter. Keep warm. Cook the bean mixture on high for 2-3 minutess or until thickened, stir frequently. Spoon mixture over the chicken, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with additional picante sauce and warm tortillas.
