Ingredients:  
8 cups mashed potatoes
8 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, cream and salt to the potatoes and mash. Let it get cold. Mix in flour. Roll thin and bake on electric griddle until light brown. Place between clean clothes to keep from becoming dry. Fold into smaller pieces. Store in refrigerator. Serve with butter and sugar.
