Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Put in sandbakkel tins and bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let sit for a few minutes. Pinch tins to remove the sandbakkels, do not let them sit too long or they won't "pop" out.
