1 pork loin roast about 4-5 pounds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
6 potatoes
1 bag mini carrots
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika; rub over the roast. Place in a baking pan. Arrange vegetables around the roast. Pour 2 cans of beef broth,undiluted over the meat, along with water. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 1 1/2 hours longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160, basting often. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
