2 c. GF Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
1/4 c. Oil
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 c. Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, and oil. In a cup combine baking soda and buttermilk. Add to flour mixture. Roll out to a 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into 3-inch circles. Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until light brown (they may not brown like gluten biscuits).
