1 17oz can apricot halves
2 Frozen pie shells
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp apricot juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, egg,corn starch, butter, lemon and apricot juices in a sauce pan on low heat until thick. Drain apricot halves.Arrange in pie shell, pour hot mixture over. Top with lattice work pie shell. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
