MIX TOGETHER:
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 - 1/2 c. Planters Dry Roasted Peasnut (no skins)

MICROWAVE IN GLASS BOWL:
6 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes.
Stir 2 - 3 times during cooking.

REMOVE FROM MICROWAVE

STIR IN BRISKLY and QUICKLY:
1 T. Butter
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla

POUR INTO GREASED COOKIE SHEET AND QUICKLY SPREAD THIN.

Let it set 10 - 15 minutes until brittle and easy to remove from cookie sheet. Break it up (I found it easy and less messy .to drop into a baking pan that has sides on it.
