1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop pecans finely and add to bread crumbs; place in a medium bowl. Place flour in the second bowl. Blend milk and egg together in third bowl. Preheat large saute pan. Sprinkle both sides of fillets with seasoned salt. Dip fillets in flour, coating both sides, then dip in egg mixture and then dip into pecan/bread crumb mixture. Place oil in pan. Add fish and cook 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
