3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and soda. Pour in water, vinegar, oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Fill cupcake pans 1/2 full, and put in 1 teaspoon or so of the following mixture.

Combine 1-8 ounce package cream cheese, 1 unbeaten egg, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Beat well. Add 1/3 cup sugar, and 1- 6 ounce package chocolate chips. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes.
