Mom's Carrot Cake Recipe

2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons soda
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
4 cups shredded carrots

8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 stick butter

To make the cake, mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool

To make the frosting, whip the cream cheese with butter and vanilla. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
