1 (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (2 layer size) pkg yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) can chopped pecans ( about 1 cup)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, Chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan. Spread the pineapple with heavy syrup evenly in the prepared pan. Spoon cherry pie filling over pineapple.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the fruits, then sprinkle the chopped nut over all. Slice the butter into thin slices then put the pieces evenly over the top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden.
Serve Warm.
