1 c. sugar
1 T. flour
Milk or cream to make a syrup
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put pie crust in kuchen pan (7" x 11"). Fill with apples that have been peeled and sliced. Mix above ingredients and pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 425 for 15 min. turn oven down to 400 for 45 min.

In Spring Grandma made the rhurbarb kuchen and in the Fall she made the apple kuchen. Grandma was always baking.
