Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, (beaten),
Milk, just enough to make a thick syrup.
Rhurbarb, enough to fill kuchen tin.
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put pie crust in kuchen tin. Fill with rhurbarb. Mix above ingredients and pour over rhurbarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 for 15 min. then turn oven down to 400 for 45 min.
