2 Pork Chops 3/4" thick
1 T Flour
1/2 T Oil
1/4 C Orange juice
1 T Orange marmalade
1 T Brown sugar
1/2 T Vinegar
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.

Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown the chops on both sides.

Combine the orange juice, orange marmalade, brown sugar and vinegar.

Pour over the chops, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
