1 large onion.
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can (30 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (16 oz.) corn with liquid
1 can black olives with liquid
1 can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and ground beef: drain. Add salt and taco seasoning. Add tomatoes, corn, olives, and kidney beans, all with liquid. Simmer 3o minutes. Serve with garnishes-chopped green onions, grated cheese and taco chips. This soup gets more flavor the second day.
