2 c. sugar
1 c. white karo
1/4 c. water
2 c. raw spanish peanuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, karo and water to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peanuts and cook until caramel colored, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add salt, soda, and vinegar. Stir quickly to mix. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Cool. Break into pieces.
