Ingredients:  
1 chocolate devils food cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bottle warmed carmel
1 container cool whip
Heath or Skor bar chopped up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed. Poke holes in cake after cooked, and pour milk over top, then pour carmel over top. Let cool. Top with cool whip then heath/skor bar.
