Meatballs:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cloves garlic minced
Little olive oil to brown meatballs

Sauce:
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 can chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. say sauce
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the meatball ingredients and roll it into balls, brown.
2. Put the sauce ingredients over the browned meatballs. Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
3. Cook rice and serve the meatballs over the rice.

This is a really good dish. Ty doesn't like mushrooms and didn't even realize they were there until the 3rd time I made it. (He still likes it now that he knows.)
