4-5 tomatoes cut into bite size peices
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
5 large cloves of garlic minced
Large handful fresh basil (not dried!)
2 tbsp. capers
12 green (or black) olives chopped
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of the ingredients and let marinate for at least 2-3 hours
Serve over hot pasta

Ty and I like this dish and it is really healthy. I am not sure that kids would like this one. Ty doesn't like olives, so we leave them out and it taste good that way too.
