1/2 C Chicken Stock
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T White Wine Vinegar
2 t Granulated Sugar
2 t Corn Starch
1/2 t Sesame oil
1 T Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 T Ginger, peeled and minced
1 lb Shrimp, medium (Peeled &
Deveined)
1/2 lb Snow peas, ends trimmed
1 8 oz Water Chestnuts rinsed & drained
2 T Lemon Juice
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and sesame oil in small bowl: mix well and set aside.

In wok heat oil over medium high heat; add garllic and ginger and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add shrimp and saute until pin, about 3 more minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add snow peas and dwater chestnuts; saute 3 minutes.

Add stock mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until liquid has thickened and is no longer cloudy, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle witih lemon juice.

Serve over hot rice.
