3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white raisins
1 cup hot water over raisins
3 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
mixed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Cream together rest of
ingredients then gradually add dry mixture. Place in oiled and
floured bread loaf pans. Makes 3 loaves. Bake for 1 hour at
350.
