Graham Crackers
2 ea. - 3 oz. pkgs Instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. cups Milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

2 -1 oz square unsweetened baking chocolate
2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered guar.
3 T. Milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Layer with whole graham crackers. Mix
pudding with milk and fold in Cool Whip. Melt unsweetened
baking chocolate with 2 T. butter. Add 11/2 c. powdered sugar ,
3 T. milk and 1 t. vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Cover top layer of crackers with chocolate. Refrigerate for 24
hours. The longer this sits the better.
