Ingredients:  
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar (less 2 tbs.)
2 eggs
2 large or 3 small bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Mash bananas and add to shorening, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and nuts.
Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
