3 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dates (optional)1/4 sour cream
1/4 cup honey
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly combine first four ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl blend together sour cream, honey and salt. Lightly toss the dressing with apple mixture. Chill before serving
