1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c. rice crispy cereal
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with soda, baking powder and salt. Cream butter in mixing bowl. Gradually add sugars; continue creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape dough into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful for each. Place on greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes, until golden.
