1 c. American cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1 can crabmeat
1 jar pimento
1 can tomato soup
pinch of baking soda
1 egg
1 pt. cream
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler melt cheese and margarine.When melted add 1 can crabmeat,1 jar pimento. In a separate pan warm the tomato soup and soda then add to the double boiler. Cook for a few minutes and then add the cream cook 10 minutes more and then add the beaten egg. Cook a while longer as it thickens. Serve on Saltines.
