1 -1/2 c corn meal
1 c cream style corn
1 c sour cream
2/3 c oil
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 Tbsp bell pepper chopped
1 c sharp cheddar cheese grated

Directions:

mix together all ingredients except cheese. pour half of batter into a greased 10 inch skillet. sprinkle with cheese. pour in remaining batter. bake 350 for 1 hour
