1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light, add sugar and melted butter, whipped cream and flavoring. Add enough flour to handle easily, testing on a hot krumkake or pizelle iron. Place 1 teaspoon of the dough in the middle of the iron. Bake until light brown. Roll quickly on at stick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
