3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 medium onion chopped
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
dash black pepper
dash worcestershire sauce
1 small-medium green pepper chopped

Directions:
brown rice, onion green pepper slightly in butter. pour all ingredients into 2 quart casserole. cover and cook 45 minutes at 350
