1 (3 lb.) fryer, cooked and deboned and cut in bitesize pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c onion, sauteed
1 small jar mushrooms
1 pimento, diced
1 1/2 c Bisquick
1 1/2 c milk
1 stick margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
place chicken in 9x13 dish. Mix chicken broth with celery soupk, sauteed onions, muchrooms, and pimento. (onions, mushrooms, pimento are all optional) Pour over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix Bisquicik with milk. Pour over chicken. Top with melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350
