4 oz. smoked salmon,
2-3 tbl heavy cream,
lemon wedge,
Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese, salmon, and cream in a food processor and squeeze in a few lemon drops. Can be used as a spread, or put into hollowed-out cherry tomatoes (cut the round bottoms off instead of the tops and they won't roll around as much)
