Cook 1 - lb package of your favorite pasta
Drain and reserve 1 cup juice from a can of black olives. Chop olives
1/2 cup red onion, chopped medium fine
1 can small shrimp
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
2 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
3 tomatoes, cored and cut into chunks

Chill pasta. In large bowl combine everything but the tomatoes including the cup of olive juice. Stir in about 1-1/2 to 2 cups of mayo (your preference) Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped tomatoes.
