Use Large 9" Cast Iron Skillet
2 Sticks Butter
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
sprinkle of salt
1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts ( I Like Almond or Pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter cookie sheet with sides. Set aside. Combine sugar, butter, water and salt in cast iron skillet. Bring to boil stirring consistently over medium heat. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until you see it change color. When it changes color it's done. Pour into cookie sheet. Cool for 2 minutes. Top with chocolate chips until melted and then add nuts. When cool, drop your cookie sheet to break into pieces.
