1 cup sugar + if needed
6 Tbl Corn Starch
6 to 8 cups chopped rhubarb
Mix together and place in 9X 13 pan
Topping:
3 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
2/3 cup flour

Directions:

Combine ingredients and mix to texture of course crumbs. Spread over rhubarb mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is crisp. Serve with Ice Cream.
