2 pounds hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
5 oz. shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except the corn flakes. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
